RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Mimosa Boutique we are happy to accept returns for items purchased in our store, on our website or on our app within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card once items have been received and accepted back in the store. This gift card can be used in store or on our website. It does not expire. Gift cards are not compatible with our app at this time.

If your purchase was made online, you have 14 days from the day you received your product to initiate a return to us. All local pick-up orders must be picked up in store within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for return/exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Tracking number is required when shipping an item(s) back to us. Returns should be packaged securely and include your original order packing slip/order number. Please address to:

If you would prefer to have a return shipping label emailed to you, we are happy to do so. Simply email us at sales@mimosa-boutique.com with your order number and reason for your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit that will be sent to you in the form of a gift card once the returned items are received back in store.

*Online orders picked up in store after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange*

Store credit or exchange will be provided under the following circumstances: 

  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased – unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached
  • Items that were damaged at the time of purchase and are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached
  • Shoes must be returned unworn
  • Jewelry and all other accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return 
  • Sale Items and other items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return
