REFUND POLICY

At Mimosa Boutique we are happy to accept returns for items purchased in our store within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. 

IF ITEM WAS PURCHASED ONLINE YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT TO INITIATE THE RETURN TO US. SHIPPING COST IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT AND RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Tracking number is required when shipping an item(s) back to us. 

Store credit or exchange will be provided under the following circumstances: 

  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased – unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached
  • Items that were damaged at the time of purchase and are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached
  • Shoes must be returned unworn and in original box
  • Jewelry and all other accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return 
  • Sale Items and other items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return
